Chap. 286.—HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION extending the time to
the Richmond and Alleghany railroad company to place fishways,
&c., across James river.

Approved March 1, 1886.

Resolved (the Senate concurring), that the Richmond and
Alleghany railroad shall have two years from the passage of
this resolution within which to place fishways over their dams
on the James river.

2. This resolntion shall be in force from its passage.
