Chap. 17.—An ACT to release lot number 374, in the plan of Sidney,
. from taxes reported delinquent.

Whereas it appears from the certificate of the clerk of the
county of Henrico that lot three hundred and seventy-four, in
the town of Sidney, near the city of Richmond, and in the
county of Henrico, has been included in a tract of land regu-
larly assessed to Rebecca W. Robinson and to C. M. Robinson
previous to and since eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, and
that the taxes thereon have been regularly paid by them every
year, and that the same lot has been, during the same years,
assessed to A. P. Fox, B. P. Perkins, and Franklin Matthews,
and returned delinquent for the non-payment by them of the
taxes thereon during all of said years: now, therefore, ©
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
lot number three hundred and seventy-four, mentioned in the
preamble, be and the same is hereby released from all of the
taxes assessed thereon as against the said A. P. Fox and others,
the same having been paid by said Rebecca W. Robinson and
C. M. Robinson.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
