Chap. 169.—An ACT to allow W. J. Cave, Treasurer of Madison
county, further time to collect tax tickets for which he has ac-
counted to the state.

Approved February 19, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
W. J. Cave, treasurer of Madison county, be allowed the fur-
ther time of two years within which to distrain and levy for
and collect any uncollected tax tickets still in his hands, and
not returned delinquent, for which he has accounted to the
auditor.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
