CHAP. 143.—An ACT to remove the political disabilities of W. O.
Hardaway and others.
Approved February 16, 1886.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, (two-
thirds of both houses concurring), That the disabilities of W.
O. Hardaway, A. S. Hughes of Roanoke city, John L. Rowan
of Washington county, L. W: Nottingham and Thomas R.
Jarvis of Northampton, and W. H. Werth of Henry county,
incurred under clause three of section one of article three of
the constitution of Virginia, with reference to duelling, be and
the same are hereby removed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
