Chap. 127.—An ACT to amend section 3, of an act approved Febru-
ary 12, 1884, incorporating the Norfolk Classified Building Associa-
tion, of the city of Norfolk.

Approved February 16, 1886.

1. Be it enacted by thre general assembly of Virginia, That
the third section of the act to incorporate the Norfolk Classi-
fied Building Association, of the city of Norfolk, approved Feb-
ruary twelfth, eighteen hundred and eighty-four, be amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 3. The stock of the said corporation shall consist of not
less than five hundred and not more than ten thousand‘ unre-
deemed shares, at a par value of one hundred dollars each,
payable in instalments, at the rate of twenty-five cents per
share per week. Members receiving the full value of their
shares in advance, as borrowers, shall pay not exceeding ferty-
four cents per share per week, in lieu of dues and interest.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
