Chap. 115.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act to incorporate
the Washington, Cincinnati & St. Louis Railroad Company, ap
proved March 15, 1872, as the same was amended by an act ap
proved March 13, 1877.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, Tha
the tenth section of an act entitled an act to incorporate th
Washington, Cincinnati and St. Louis railroad company, ap
proved March fifteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two
as the same was amended by an act approved March thir
teenth, eighteen hundred and seventy-seven, be re-enacted sc
as to read as follows;

$10. The work on the road herein authorized to be con
structed, and which has already been constructed, shall bs
completed within six-years from the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
