Chap. 97.—An ACT to declare Mud Fork in the county of Tazewell,
navigable for a certain distance.

Approved November 24, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
for the purpose of rafting timber, Mud Fork river in the
county of Tazewell, is hereby declared open to navigation
for a distance of ten miles above Falls Mills, where it emp-
ties into Blue Stone river.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
