Chap. 78.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Fauquier
county to increase the salary of the county judge of said county.

Approved November 22, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of Fauquier county be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to in-
crease the salary of the county judge of said county to an
amount not to exceed eight hundred dollars, to be paid out
of the county treasury.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
