Chap. 74.—An ACT to provide an increase of the district school funds
of Hiawassee district, of the county of Pulaski.

Approved November 22, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of the county of Pulaski, in pursu-
ance of sections sixty-seven and seventy-four, chapter seventy-
eight of the Code of eighteen hundred and seventy-three, and
chapter one hundred and forty-five, Acts of Assembly, eighteen
hundred and seventy-five and six, may levy a tax in Hiawassee
school district of said county for district school purposes, not
to exceed twenty-five cents on the one hundred dollars of
taxable property of said district.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
