Gedrgé W. Gunnell, Richard B. Tyler, George W. Archer,
Fergus Reid, Ri Les Hardy, and Inman H. Payne, Jr., Casper
WW. Greet, Willitm 6. Hamilton, John C. Summers, of Wash-
ington county, and Joseph H. Powell, of Fairfax county,
Morgan H. Beach, of the city of Alexandria, and O. D. Derr,
A. N. Derr, and William Lunsford, of Roanoke city, incurred
under clause three of section one of article three of the con-
stitution of Virginia, with reference to duelling, be and the
same are hereby removed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
