Chap. 46.—An ACT to divide the county of Dickenson into two
revenue districts.
Approved November 18, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the county of Dickenson be and is hereby divided into two
commissioners districts by a line beginning at the point on
the Kentucky state line, where Russell’s fork passes into Ken-
tucky, and thence with the original line between the counties
of Wise and Dickenson (before the county of Dickenson was
formed) to the Russell county line.
2. At the next regular election for commissioners of the
revenue in this state, there shall be two commissioners of the
revenue elected in and for the county of Dickenson.
3. All acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act are
hereby repealed.
4, This act shall be in force from its passage.
