Chap. 41.—An ACT to change the dividing line between Linville and
Plaines Magisterial Districts, in the county of Rockingham.
Approved October 25, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the dividing line between Linville and Plains magisterial
districts, in the county of Rockingham, be changed so as to
run as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the present
line, at or near Brady’s clearing, northeast of David Carr’s,
on the White Grass Knob, and running thence in a south-
westernly direction with said mountain to the Freed path:
thence in a westernly direction to a point one hundred yards
north of Daniel Fulks’ residence; and thence in a westernl
direction, following the general direction of the old road, to
a pond on top of the Shenandoah mountain, at the West
Virginia line.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
