Chap. 30.—An ACT to allow Henry R. Burger, late treasurer of Bote-
tourt county, further time to return lists of insolvents and delinquents.

Approved August 27, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Henry R. Burger, late treasurer of Botetourt county, be and
he is hereby allowed until the first day of December, eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-four, to make returns of insolvent
and delinquent lists of taxes for eighteen hundred and eighty-
one and eighteen hundred and eighty-two, and when said
lists have Been certified by the board of supervisors of the
said county, and by the county court of said county, the said
treasurer shall be allowed the proper credits in his settle-
ments with the supervisors and school boards of his county;
and the auditor of public accounts shall credit said treasurer
by whatever amounts said supervisors and county court may
certify as being insolvent and delinquent in his settlements
with said treasurer.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
