Chap. 188.—An ACT for the relief of C. M. Adkinson, of Halifax
county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
C, M. Adkinson, of flalifax county, be and he is hereby ex-
onerated from the payment of ten dollars, erroneously as-
sessed against him as the agent for the sale of fertilizers.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
