Chap. 181.—An ACT for the relief of Lemuel W. Haynes.
Approved December 1, 1884.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Lemuel W. Haynes, of the county of Alleghany, be and he is
hereby released and discharged from the payment of a judg-
ment for a fine of one hundred and fifty dollars, adjudged
against him by the county court of Alleghany, on a prosecu-
tion lately depending therein against him.

2. As to the said fine, or such portion thereof, if any, as
may have been paid into the treasury, the auditor of public
accounts is hereby authorized to draw his warrant on the
treasury in favor of the said Lemuel W. Haynes for the
amount so paid thereof by him into the treasury.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
