Chap. 151.—An ACT authorizing the governor to loan to the Fisburn
Military School at Waynesboro, arms.
Approved November 27, 1884.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the governor be and he is hereby authorized if not incom-
patible with the public welfare, to loan to the principal of
the Fishburn Military School at Waynesboro, in Augusta
county, Virginia, forty muskets for rifles), three commissioned
and four non-commissioned officers’ swords; and bayonets
with scabbards and cartridge-boxes.and belts for the same—
for the use of the pupils of said school, upon his giving bond
with good and sufficient security for the proper care of such
arms, and their return to the state in good condition when
required by the governor.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
