Chap. 129.—An ACT to allow further time for the treasurer of Henrico
county to make returns of delinquent taxes.

Approved November 27, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the late treasurer of Henrico county be allowed until the first
day of February, eighteen hundred and eighty-five, to make
his supplementary returns for delinquent taxes for the years
eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, eighteen hundred and
eighty, eighteen hundred and eighty-one, eighteen hundred
and eighty-two, and eighteen hundred and eighty-three.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
