Chap. 118.—An ACT fixing the times for holding the Circuit Courts
in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.

Approved November 27, 1884.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts of the several counties comprising the
fifteenth judicial circuit, shall be held at the following times,
to-wit:

Wythe—First Monday in March and September.

Pulaski—Third Monday in March and fourth Monday in
October.

Grayson—First Monday in April and fourth Monday in
September.

Carrolli—Third Monday in April and second Monday in
October.

Tazewell—Third Monday in May and third Monday in
November.

Bland—First Monday in May and second Monday in No-
vember. |

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
