Chap. 113.—An ACT for the relief of D. W. Dunn, late treasurer of
Bland county, and his deputies.
Approved November 25, 1884.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
D. W. Dunn, late treasurer of Bland county, Virginia, and
his deputies, be and they are hereby allowed the further time
of one year to collect any unpaid taxes and county levies re-
maining uncollected in the hands of said treasurer, or his
deputies, for the years eighteen hundred and eighty to
eighteen hundred and eighty-three, inclugive, and they shall
have all the powers of distress or levy for the collection as
existed by law in said years, and that said treasurer be allowed
the further time of one year from the passage of this act to
complete his settlement with the auditor of public accounts.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
