Chap. 11.—An ACT to repeal section 28 of chapter 352 of the Acts of
1888-4, so far as the same relate to public roads in Amherst county.

Approved August 23, 1883.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
so much of section twenty-eight, chapter three hundred and
fifty-two of the Session Acts of eighteen hundred and eighty-
three-four, as excepts Amherst county from the operation of
the general road law, be and the same is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
