Chap. 100.—JOINT RESOLUTION authorizing the governor of Vir-
ginia to pay George H. Bagwell, for services rendered in establishing
the boundary line between Virginia and Maryland.

Approved November 24, 1884.

1. Resolved (the senate concurring), That the governor
be authorized to compensate George H. Bagwell, commis-
sioner on the part of Virginia, in the boundary line between
Virginia and Maryland, out of any amount remaining unex-
pended out of the fund appropriated under an act approved
April second, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine, entitled an
act in relation to the boundary line between Virginia and
Maryland. }

2. This resolution shall be in force from its passage.
