Chap. 570.—An ACT to amend section 1, chapter 102, Acts of 1827-8,
entitled an act to amend the act entitled an act incorporating a com-
pany to construct a turnpike roud across the Warm Spring Moun-
tain.

Approved March 19, 1884.

1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the company incorporated under the act entitled an act in-
corporating a company to construct a turnpike road across
the Warm spring mountain, sball adopt that portion of road
as now located and constructed from a point near the old
Tyree house, to a point near the Bath alum springs, and the
same is hereby made a part of said Warm spring turnpike
road; and said company is hereby authorized to abandon
that portion of said Warm spring turnpike road, from said
porn near the old Tyree house, toa point at or near Mistress
rinkley’s. ,
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
