Chap. 538.—JOINT RESOLUTION in regard to Mileage of Members
and Officers of the General Assembly.

Approved March 19, 1884.

Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the
members of this general assembly be paid the mileage to
which they would be entitled under the act passed at the
present session, entitled an act to amend and re-enact section
twenty-seven of chapter eighteen of the Code of eighteen
hundred and seventy-three, in relation to the mileage of the
general assembly: provided however, that where members of
this general assembly, or any one or more of them, have
already reccived their mileage, such sum so received shall be
credited upon the amount to be paid them under this reso-
ution
