Chap. 536.—An ACT to amend an act entitled an act to incorporate the
Cedar Bluff High School, in the county of Tazewell.

Approved March 19, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section two of chapter two hundred and sixty-two, Acts
eighteen hundred and eighty-one-two, incorporating Cedar
Bluff high school, in the county of Tazewell, be amended and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 2. That for the purpose heretofore sect forth, the village
of Cedar Bluff and county, within a radius of two miles from
the centre thereof, except the northern boundary, which
shall remain three miles, as it .now is, shall constitute a sub-
school district ; in which sub-school district the sale of intoxi-
cating liquor, or any mixture thereof, shall be prohibited.

2. "This act shall take effect on and after the first day of
May, eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
