Chap. 430.—An ACT to provide for the school trustees of Lebanon dis-
trict, in Russell county, to sell school property.

Approved March 16, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of school trustees of Lebanon district, in Russell
county, is authorized to sell and convey the house and lot of
land known as Oak Spring school-house, in said district, and
invest the proceeds arising therefrom in other school pro-
perty ata more suitable and convenient place in said dis-
trict.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
