Chap. 406.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 31 of chapter 92
of the Acts of 1875-6, approved February 24, 1876, to provide for the
working of roads in Fauquier cuunty.

Approved March 13, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section thirty-one of chapter ninety-two of the Acts of cighteen
hundred and seventy-five—-six, approved February twenty-four,
eighteen hundred and seventy-six, be, and is hereby amended
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§31. At the discretion of the board of supervisors of
Fauquier, the general road law of this state, except so far as
the same is in conflict with this act, may be in force in the
county of Fauquier.

2, This act shall be in force from its passage.
