Chap. 4.—An ACT to authorize the trustees of Mount Zion church,
at Charlottesville, to borrow money and execute deeds of trust.
Approved December 21, 1883.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the religious congregation known as Mount
Zion church, at Charlottesville, Virginia, be and they are
hereby authorized from time to time to borrow money and
secure the payment of the same by deeds of trust upon any
property, real or personal, held by them for the use or ben-
efit of such congregation.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
