Chap. 348.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of the Sulem Academy,
in Salem, Roanoke county, Virginia, to convey to the Public School
Trustees of Sulem Schoul District, in said county, the Academy Build-
ings and Grounds belunging to the same.

Approved March §, 1884. ‘

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Salem Academy, in their corporate name,
be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to convey
by deed to the public school trustees of Salem school district,
in Roanoke county, the academy building and all the grounds
thereto belonging, situated In Salem, in the said county.

2. This act shall be in torce from its passage.
