Chap. 291.—An ACT to allow the County School Boarus of Mathews
and Albemarle counties to use a portion of the school fund to erect
school houses.

Approved March 4, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the board of school trustecs of the seve-
ral school districts of Mathews and Albemarle counties to use
the surplus county school funds, to enable them to build and
repair school houses in the several districts of said county, or
so much thereof as they may deem necessary, from the first
day of August, eighteen hundred and cighty-three.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
