Chap. 26.—An ACT to prescribe the times and places for holding the
terms of the circuit courts in the third judicial circuit.

Approved January 18, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts of the third Judicial circuit: shall hereatter
hold their terms at the times and places hereinatter specified,
to-wit:

Prince Edward county. on first of March and first of Sep-
tember.

Amelia county. on tenth of March and tenth of September.

Charlotte county, on twentieth of March and twentieth of
September.

Mecklenburg county. on first of April and first of October.

Powhatan county, on twelfth of April and tweltth of
October.

Buckingham county, twentieth of April and twentieth of
October.

Cumberland county, on first of May and first of November.

Lunenburg county, on tenth of May and tenth of Novem-
ber. }

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

8. This act shall be in force from its passage.
