1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, two-
thirds of both houses concurring, That the disabilities of
Harrison Southworth and John S. Williamson, of the county

William B. Adams, F. P. Carter, Edward Eastham, J. T.
Daniel, A. M. Willis, Jr., James H. McGavock, R. E. Moore,
John Stowart Crocket, "M. G. West, H. C. Sellman, George
W. Ward, Jr., of Washington county, R. F. Beirne, Waverly
N. Ragland, William C. ‘Elam, John S. Wise, F. H. Ferry,
Tyler G. Kent, Doctor C. W. Gleaves, John Kent, Doctor
