Chap. 238.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act approved March 9,
1480, entitled an act to reguiute the times of holding the circuit courts
in the fourth judicial circuit.

Approved March 3, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
ap act approved twenty- seventh of February, eighteen hun-
dred and seventy-nine, entitled an act to change the times for
holding circuit courts in the fourth judicial circuit, as amended
and re-enacted by an act approved March ninth, eighteen
hundred and eighty, be amended and re-enacted so as to read
as follows:

City of Danville—January fifteenth and June fifteenth.

County of Halifax—April first and November tenth.

County of Pittsylvania—April twenticth and November
twenty-fifth.

County of Franklin—May tenth and October twenty-fourth.

County of Henry—May twenty-fifth and October four-
teenth.

County of Patrick—June third and October fifth.

2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act, are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
