Chap. 181.—An ACT to repeal section 18 of an act entitled an act to
provide for the manner of choosing Registrars and Judges and Clerks
of Election and to repeal sections 8 and 24 of chapter 8 and sections 2
and 8 of chapter 7 of Code of 1878, in force February 14th, 1884.

Approved February 25, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section thirteen of the act entitled an act to provide for the
manner of choosing registars and judges and clerks of elec-
tion for the several counties and cities of the commonwealth,
and to repeal sections cight and twenty-four of chapter eight,
and sections two and three of chapter seven of the Code of
eighteen hundred and seventy-three, which became a law
February fourteen, eighteen hundred and eighty-four, not-
withstanding the objections of the governor, be and the same
is hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
