Chap. 172.—An ACT for the relief of Robert L. Montague of a fine
imposed on him by the county court of King & Queen county.

Approved February 25, 1884.

Whereas at the June term, eighteen hundred and cighty-
three. of the county court of King & Queen county, Robert
L. Montague was convicted of carrying concealed wea-
pons, and a fine of fifteen dollars assessed against him, and
Whereas the jury recommended the proper authorities to re-
mit the fine; therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
Robert L. Montague be, and he is hereby released from the
payment of the said fine of fifteen dollars imposed on him
yy the county court of King & Queen county, at the June
term, eighteen hundred and “eighty- three of said court.

2. This act to be in force from its passage.
