Chap. 168.—An ACT fixing the time for holding the courts in the 15th
Judiciai District.

Approved February 25, 1884.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the circuit courts for the several counties composin the thir-
teenth judicial circuit shall hereafter be held at the follow-
ing times, to-wit: Rockbridge, March first and September
first ; Bath, March twenticth and September twentieth ; Alle-

hany, March twenty-fifth and September twenty- -fifth ;
Roc kingham, April first, October first and January fifth ; ;
Highland, April twenty-seventh and October twenty-seventh ;
Augusta, May fifth and November fifth.

2 All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are
hereby repealed.

3. This act shall be in force from and after the tenth day
of March, eighteen hundred and eighty-four.
