Chap. 111.—An ACT to transfer to the Sinking Fund stock held by
the Commonwealth in the Kichmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac
railroad company.
Approved February 12, 1884.
1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the stock owned by the commonwealth in, and the entire
claim of the commonwealth against the Richmond, Fred-
ericksburg and Potomac railroad company, including obliga-
tions or dues on account of unpaid dividends, and the entire
right, title and interest of the commonwealth in said com-
pany, be and the same are hereby assigned, transferred and
made over to the commissioners of the sinking fund of the
state, to be held by the said board as assets for the benefit of
the sinking fund.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
