Chap. 9.—An ACT to allow the trustees of the Methodist church at
Big Lick to sell property.
Approved March 29, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That it shall be
lawful for the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal church
(colored) at Big Lick, Roanoke county, Virginia, to sell, or
to execute mortgages or deeds of trust, for the purpose of
borrowing money upon the church building and property of
said church, situated at Gainsborough, Roanoke county, Vir-
ginia, and execute all such instruments in writing as may be
necessary and proper in disposing of said property.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
