Chap. 82.—An ACT to authorize the supervisors of Montgomery
county to pay W. D. Vaughan for services rendered in holding the
court for the said county.
Approved April 21, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the supervisors of Montgomery county
to audit and pay to W. D. Vaughan, judge of the county
court of Floyd county, a sum, not exceeding fifty dollars, for
services rendered in holding a court in December, eighteen
hundred and eighty-one, for Montgomery county, during the
illness of the judge of said county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
