Chap. 60.—An ACT authorizing the Norfolk and Portsmouth Termi-
nal Railway, Wharf, and Warehouse company, to change its name
to the Consolidated Southern Railway company.

Approved April 18, 1882.

1.. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the Norfolk and Portsmouth terminal railway, wharf, and
warehouse company, can, by consent of a majority of its
stockholders, in any general or special meeting, change its
name to the Consolidated Southern railway company.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
