Chap. 30.—An ACT to authorize the Methodist Episcopal Church
South, at Strasburg, Shenandoah county, Virginia, to borrow moncy.
Approved April 7, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church, south, of the
town of Strasburg, Shenandoah county, Virginia, or their
successors, a majority of them acting, shall have power to
borrow money, to an amount not exceeding four hundred
dollars, and execute deeds of trust on any property held by
them in trust to secure the same, at a rate of interest not
exceeding six per centum per annum.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
