Resolved (the house of delegates concurring), That the
sum of two hundred and twenty dollars be paid James S.
Browning, private secretary of the governor, as his propor-
tionate dues, at the rate.of one hundred dollars per month
for two months and six days from January the first to March
the sixth, eighteen hundred and eighty-two, said amount to
be paid out of any money not otherwise appropriated.
