Chap. 36.—An ACT to authorize sale of Methodist parsonage, situate
in upper Botetourt.
Approved April 7, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, Tha
it shall be lawful for the trustees of the parsonage belongins
to the society of Methodists of the upper Botetourt circuit
on Roanoke district, Baltimore conference, Methodist Epis
copal church, south, to sell ‘said parsonage, and convey th
title thereof to the purchaser.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
