Chap. 282.—An ACT to authorize the supervisors of Chesterfield county
to allow additional compensation for special services to Common-
wealth’s Attorney.
Approved March 6, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the gencral assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of Chesterfield county, are bereby
authorized to allow the commonwealth’s attorney of their
county, a reasonable compensation for legal services in the
suitsof L. L. Lester, executor, versus the said county and
the board of supervisors of said county versus W. B. Wool-
dridge’s executors and others; and also for such legal ser-
vices a8 he may hereafter render in any other suit that may
be brought cither for or against said county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
