Chap. 217.—An ACT authorizing the county judge of Isle of Wight
to make an allowance for George M. Waddill.
Approved March 6, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the county court judge of Isle of Wight be and he is hereby
authorized to fix an allowance to said George M. Waddill,
attorney, for services rendered in defending criminals in
county court of Isle of Wight by order of said court, not to
exceed two hundred dollars, and certify the same to the board
of supervisors of said county for payment by said county, if
in their discretion said amount should be paid.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
