Chap. 215.—An ACT for the relief of Edwin S. Brent, late clerk of
the circuit court of Frederick county.
Approved March 6, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be and he is hereby autbor-
ized and required to igsue his warrant on the treasury, pay-
able out of any money therein not otherwise appropriated,
in favor of Edwin 8. Brent, late clerk of the circuit court of
Frederick county, for the sum of thirty dollars, being the
amount of allowances made by said court to said Brent while
clerk thereof, and not heretofore paid by the commonwealth,
as follows, namely: an allowance of fifteen dollars at the
November term, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, and an
allowance of fifteen dollars at the June term, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-eight.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
