Chap. 207.—An ACT for the relief of William H. Bluxom, late treas-
urer of Accomac county.
Approved March 3, 1882.
Whereas it is represented to the general assembly, that
there are in the hands of William H. Bloxom, late treasurer
of Accomac county, an amount of uncollected tickets for
state taxes and county levies for the year eighteen hundred
and seventy-eight; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
William H. Bloxom, late treasurer of Accomac county,
be and he is authorized to collect such tickets for state
taxes and county levies as yet remain in his hands uncol-
lected, for the year eighteen hundred and seventy-eight,
which have not been returned as delinquent: provided the
same be collected within one year from the passage of this
act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
