Chap. 113.—An ACT to amend an act entitled an act to authorize the
supervisors of Bath county to build a turnpike road in said county.
Approved February 14, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the third section of an act entitled an act to authorize the
supervisors of Bath county to build a turnpike road in said
county, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
§3. When the said road shall have been completed, it shall
be lawful for the board of supervisors, and their successors,
to erect toll-gates and charge toll thereon, the proceeds of
which shall be turned over to the county treasurer at theend
of every month, his receipt being taken therefor, to be by
him appropriated to the payment of the county levy of said
Bath county, after having paid any drafts upon him made by
said supervisors for the repairs or other expenses of keeping
up said turnpike.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
Chap. 114—An ACT to authorize the trustees of High street Baptist
church, in the city of Danville, to borrow money.
Approved February 14, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the trustees of High street Baptist church, in the city of
Danville, Virginia, be and they are hereby authorized to bor-
row a sum of money sufficient to complete said church, and
eae the same by a deed of trust on the said church and
ot.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
