Chap. 104.—An ACT authorizing the trustees of the Methodist Episco-
pal church, south, and congregation at Staunton, to borrow money
and to execute deeds of trust.
Approved February 14, 1882.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the trus-
tees of the Methodist Episcopal church, south, and congre-
gation at Staunton, be and they are hereby authorized to
borrow moncy for the purpose of repairing and altering their
house of worship, and to execute one or more deeds of trust
upon all the real estate belonging to said church, and congre-
gation and parts thereof, for securing the payment of the
money, borrowed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
