Chap. 94.—An ACT to relieve Milford B. Spencer of his disabilities
under clause 3, section 1, article 3 of the constitution.

Approved April 2, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia (two-
thirds of both houses concurring), That the disabilities of Mil-
ford B. Speucer, incurred under clause three, section one,
article three of the constitution of Virginia, with reference to
duelling, be and the same is hereby removed.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
