CHAP. 88.—Ap ACT to authorize the Norfolk Light Artillery Blues
and the Suffolk Greys to change their uniform,
Approved April 2, 1879.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be lawful for the Norfolk Light Artillery Blues, an artil-
lery company in the city of Norfolk, and the Suffolk Greys, an
infantry company in the town of Suffolk, each company being
composed of the requisite number of men, organized according
to law, and belonging to the volunteer militia of the state, to
change their uniform: provided that the change so adopted
shall be subject to the approval of the governor.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
